📋 Description

• Provide technical direction and support to improve network performance and resolve outages within and beyond the immediate team • Lead key projects and initiatives, guiding junior technicians and reporting progress and challenges effectively • Identify and develop process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities, recommending implementation to management • Create training materials and facilitate training sessions to maintain and enhance team technical skills and knowledge • Also responsible for other duties/projects assigned by business management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) • Acceptable areas of study include Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred) • 4-7 years - Experience in Field operations and maintenance, with a proven track record of success. • 4-7 years - Wireless telecommunications or other related experience. • Radio Frequency Engineering (Required) • Nokia RAN equipment and Ceragon Microwave Equipment experience (Required) • Electronics (Required) • Expert operational knowledge and theory of all interconnecting circuits to include but not limited to RF transmitters, antenna systems, AAV, fiber, microwave radio and AC-DC power systems, and AI. • Problem Solving / Troubleshooting - Solves problems using creativity and innovation. (Required) • Computer Fluency with ability to use programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Required) • Attention To Detail (Required) • Self-motivated; exhibits initiative in achieving company goals and objectives. • Leadership skills and ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks. • Able to work both independently and in a team environment. • Flexibility with ever-changing environments and priorities. • Flexible hours are a must. Day and night work is part of the job, as well as being part of an on-call rotation for the market, which includes weekends and holidays. • At least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle • Legally authorized to work in the United States
