📋 Description
• Work closely with POS Onboarding Consultants for customer menu configurations • Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase • Create onboarding training plans for restaurant staff • Manage several onboarding engagements simultaneously • Document and observe best practices during onboarding
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual/Fluent in Spanish & English required, both written and verbal • 3 + years of experience in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations • Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals • Excellent communication and organizational skills
