• Worked at a high-growth public company or a company undergoing significant global expansion • Deep, hands-on expertise in SEC reporting and public company compensation requirements • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders • Strong business acumen aligning compensation strategies to company performance • Highly analytical with the ability to use data and modeling for decisions • Experience managing compensation across international jurisdictions • Ability to translate complex financial or compensation models into clear narratives • Strong judgment in evaluating talent and calibrating compensation • Experience leveraging technology and AI tools for compensation improvement • Player-coach mindset and willingness to take ownership in evolving environments
