📋 Description

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests contacting Guest Care by phone or email • Accurately note calls, identify contact reasons, and follow up with other departments to address guest needs and resolve complaints/issues • Handle first-level escalation calls and/or emails using advanced call control, de-escalation, and problem-solving capabilities • Support additional channels and projects, including editing/altering guest reservations, working email support, training new associates, test projects, focus groups, and support/administrative activities • Use contact center platforms, systems, and tools to research guest issues and help resolve them

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or Equivalent (Req) • Associates or Bachelor’s in Business Administration or equivalent (Pref) • 1+ years in Customer Service (in-person or over phone/email/chat) (Req) • Ability to build and maintain effective remote working relationships with multiple partners • Ability to handle escalated interactions and communicate effectively with peers and guests • Ability to prioritize and balance multiple assignments • Ability to research information to arrive at a valid conclusion and recommend an appropriate plan of action • Strong Microsoft Suite skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Slack, and Seven Rooms • Ability to adjust to moving business priorities • Excellent phone etiquette and oral and written communication skills • Authorization to work in the U.S.
