β€’ Torch Dental is a rapidly growing start-up whose mission is to improve the lives of healthcare providers by simplifying supply ordering, providing transparent pricing, and modernizing a previously outdated ordering process. β€’ You will be at the start of your closing journey. β€’ As a Junior Account Executive, this role is designed for experienced outbound SDRs or early-career AEs who are ready to own their pipeline and grow into full-cycle sellers. β€’ You will start by driving top-of-funnel activity, then transition running your own demos. β€’ Training and development will be provided from day one in a proven sales playbook and hands-on coaching environment that includes sourcing, running, and closing your own deals. β€’ Austin, Texas (in office Monday - Thursday, flexibility on Friday)

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years of experience as a SDR in an outbound sales, SaaS SMB or mid-market environment, with a strong emphasis on qualification and discovery β€’ Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound activity and qualify pipeline β€’ Interest in building a full-cycle sales career β€’ Highly coachable, competitive, and curious with a strong internal drive β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β€’ Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and motivated by ownership
