📋 Description

• Own end-to-end execution of digital content initiatives across TotalWine.com and the mobile app • Ensure timely, accurate, and brand-aligned content deployment • Provide strategic input on content execution and uphold brand and accessibility standards • Support personalization and localization strategies across markets and customer segments • Collaborate with Digital Merchandising, Creative, Marketing, Store Operations, Product, and UX teams • Improve content workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency • Implement scalable solutions for content deployment, version control, and complex content scenarios • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance speed to market and content quality • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize content performance across platforms • Manage shifting priorities and ad-hoc requests • Maintain documentation and contribute to operational best practices, quality, and compliance • Report to the Senior Manager, Digital Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in digital content production, preferably in eCommerce or an omni-channel environment • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing workflows • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and contribute to process optimization initiatives • Basic understanding of HTML, WCAG ADA compliance, and SEO best practices is a plus
