📋 Description

• Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits for older adults • Diagnose and manage psychiatric conditions common in seniors • Provide medication management within scope of practice • Provide relationship-centered care focused on therapeutic alliance and outcomes • Complete clinical documentation in the platform using provided intake templates and code scaffolding • Collaborate with lifestyle/longevity NPs, nutrition, therapy, and primary care coordination teams • Escalate medication or adherence concerns to patients’ primary care providers • Shape protocols, intake processes, outcome measures, and the online senior psychiatric patient experience

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) OR psychiatrist (MD/DO) in good standing • Active, unencumbered Florida license, or willingness to license in Florida • Active DEA registration; Florida DEA required to prescribe for Florida patients • PMHNPs must have a collaborating physician in place or be willing to establish one • Experience caring for older adults • Comfortable practicing via two-way live video telehealth • Mission-driven and collaborative • CV and a short note on experience caring for older adults
