📋 Description

• Launch, support, and strengthen TPUSA Communities chapters across the Northeastern United States • Travel regularly to support chapter launches and growth • Identify and help develop new Chapter Leaders in key cities • Provide hands-on training and follow-up to newly launched chapters • Assist with outreach, recruitment, and grassroots engagement • Ensure chapters host consistent, high-quality events aligned with Communities standards • Plan, support, and sometimes directly execute events in developing markets • Guide event logistics, promotion, and execution • Monitor chapter health and performance and identify improvement areas • Maintain communication with Chapter Leaders and provide ongoing support • Track chapter activity, events, and engagement using internal systems • Collaborate with Strategic Managers to meet national chapter and event goals • Represent TPUSA Communities professionally at events and in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in grassroots organizing, community leadership, or field operations • Strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • High level of organization, follow-through, and accountability • Alignment with TPUSA’s mission and values • Ability to travel 45%–50% of the time • Willingness to fulfill all listed duties and additional assigned duties • Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively • Ability to report updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner • Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 15 lbs • Experience launching chapters, groups, or local initiatives • Proven ability to recruit and develop volunteer leaders • Strong event execution and problem-solving ability • Experience working in conservative or mission-driven organizations • Ability to identify growth opportunities in new markets • Must pass a background check • Required to sign an NDA for employment
