• Build Automated Growth Systems: Connect our growth stack to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach based on intent signals • Execute Full-Cycle Campaigns: Hands-on launching and optimizing high-scale motions • Drive Lifecycle Automation: Orchestrate the funnel through the customer lifecycle, using product signals to trigger expansion motions • Partner with GTM Engineering: Leverage all available tooling and people to automate gifting and outreach that are currently manual • Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI
• 3+ years of experience in growth focused marketing • Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation, specifically as a power user of the growth stack, Clay, and AI-agentic tooling • Scientific experimentation mindset with an iterative approach to problem-solving and technical troubleshooting • Obsessive attention to detail in data strategy and audience building • Strong alignment with leadership principles, including availability, first-principles thinking, and a deep obsession with customer success • Results-oriented mindset with a high bias for action and accountability for hitting aggressive revenue goals
