📋 Description

• Lead the training and mentorship of Applications Engineers to strengthen technical expertise and organizational capability • Develop industry-specific technical playbooks that help position temporary HVAC, heating, and power solutions around customer value across key industrial applications • Act as the in-house technical expert, supporting solution development and advancing complex opportunities • Support the development of growth strategy by identifying investment needs, defining priorities, and building business justifications for key initiatives • Build technical sourcing partnerships with strategic suppliers to expand solution capabilities and address gaps in the product portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred; advanced technical or business credentials are a plus • 15+ years of experience engineering rental systems for temporary HVAC, heating, and power applications • Demonstrated success working directly with end users to design temporary systems that enhance reliability, efficiency, and productivity in complex industrial applications • Significant experience supporting commercial teams in identifying, developing, and winning strategic opportunities for temporary solutions • Proven record of influencing revenue growth and portfolio performance within a large-scale rental business • Strong knowledge of customer requirements, operating challenges, and market dynamics across key industrial verticals such as data centers, petrochemical, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and utilities
