📋 Description

• Participate in a 12-week summer internship developing technical, business, sales engineering, leadership, and communication skills • Explore a career in Technical Sales through Equipment, Service, or Controls/Building Automation offerings • Gain exposure to commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC equipment and building management controls • Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers • Understand the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services • Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings • Learn and participate hands-on in the sales engineering process from start to finish • Serve as a daily customer point of contact and contribute to solution-making • Collaborate with peers across North America • Potentially pursue Trane Technologies' Graduate Training Program after graduation

🎯 Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering throughout the entire summer internship • Open to all Engineering areas of emphasis • Must have completed at least sophomore year or 2nd year before the internship starts • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future • Passion for continuous learning in technical fields • Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months • Ability to provide proof of insurance • No major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI in the previous 3 years, hit and run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or multiple smaller infractions/preventable collisions in the previous 3 years • Less than 15% travel in defined geography
