📋 Description

• Learn all products in the assigned specialty area, including competitive offerings and regulations • Explain product options for routine inquiries and ensure customers understand them • Make product recommendations • Identify multi-product needs and connect customers to other product specialists • Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests • Provide customers with education, guidance, and transparency around retirement product solutions • Handle routine customer inquiries under the instruction, guidance, and direction of senior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Must hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; OR Series 7 and 66 at time of hire • Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience • Life and Health insurance license(s) as required by state(s), or obtain within 60 days of job entry date • One year of experience in the financial services industry • Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty area • Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills • Problem-solving and decision-making skills • Written/verbal communication and presentation skills • Proficiency using MS Office • CFP or CRPC preferred • Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and digital financial advice platforms preferred
