📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Implementation Consultants and Project Managers • Own new opportunity estimation and pricing for professional services • Actively manage project portfolio health, including revenue tracking • Optimize team capacity and utilization across projects • Champion adoption of AI-assisted tools and workflows • Own day-to-day execution of projects, managing escalations • Establish and improve delivery best practices and templates

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a professional services / implementation delivery environment • Prior people leadership experience (direct management of a team) • Working knowledge of traditional and agile project management frameworks • Demonstrated experience leading complex software implementation projects • Experience managing team capacity and priorities • Solid grasp of financial concepts such as contract structures • Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills • Ability to travel up to 25%
