📋 Description

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and trip goals • Research destinations, suppliers, and current promotions • Design customized itineraries for vacations, cruises, and group experiences • Coordinate reservations including flights, accommodations, cruises, transportation, and activities • Provide clients with clear details regarding schedules, documentation, and policies • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications • Monitor reservations and assist with modifications or support as needed • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset • Comfortable working in a remote, technology-based environment • Proficiency with email, online research, and basic computer applications • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Reliable high-speed internet connection and personal computer • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative roles is beneficial but not required.
