📋 Description

• Serve as an agency expert on P&C, ensuring decisions are of high quality. • Proactively suggest ways to improve internal processes and results program-wide. • Review reports portraying individual agent performance and sales results. • Regularly coach and mentor agents to achieve quotas. • Monitor day-to-day inquiry volume and agent schedules, adjusting to support demand.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role. • At least one active P&C or Personal Lines state license. • Insurance expert with the ability to guide and evaluate P&C decisions. • Creative problem-solver excited to contribute to strategic direction. • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and review reports. • Highly performance-oriented and able to motivate others. • Strong sense of empathy for agents and customers. • *Bonus Points* for experience with early-stage or high-growth tech startups.
