📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business contact for customers in the assigned portfolio • Build relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders • Lead strategic and executive conversations connecting platform capabilities to customer goals • Develop multi-year relationships and outcome plans • Identify opportunities to adopt additional platform capabilities and enhance outcomes • Partner with Platform Success Specialists to identify expansion areas and support renewal readiness • Guide customers through modernization and platform consolidation conversations • Build and maintain strategic account plans • Track customer health indicators, value realization milestones, and outcome maturity • Maintain renewal and expansion forecasts • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, Product, Services, and Threat Research teams • Facilitate business reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions • Document customer goals, risks, and success criteria • Advocate for customers internally and ensure customer outcomes inform roadmap and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Three to six years' experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role • Proven ability to grow existing customer relationships through value and outcome alignment • Experience working with enterprise or strategic customer environments • Understanding of cybersecurity, cloud, or AI-driven security solutions • Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills • Familiarity with SaaS recurring revenue models and customer lifecycle processes • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship • Must be a US Citizen
