• 2–5 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, journalism, marketing communications, or a related field • Experience supporting media relations, earned media campaigns, or communications programs • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels • Experience developing or supporting press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and other communications materials • Strong research skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Familiarity with media monitoring, media database, and reporting tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams • Agency experience preferred • Healthcare and/or regulated industry experience strongly preferred • Familiarity with AI-powered research, monitoring, and content tools is a plus • A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and passion for storytelling
