<Tri Delta> Tri Delta is a women's collegiate organization (sorority) that supports lifelong sisterhood, leadership development, philanthropy, housing and member engagement through volunteer networks, scholarships, events and DEIAB initiatives. The organization operates chapters, provides member services via a digital member portal, runs a foundation for scholarships and emergency assistance, and promotes community service and inclusion across its alumnae and collegiate populations.

📋 Description

• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of member records within the organization’s database • Maintain high data quality standards and implement processes that improve data integrity over time • Monitor, audit, and maintain member records to ensure accuracy, consistency, completeness • Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records • Establish and enforce data entry standards and governance practices • Perform regular data cleansing and validation activities • Train staff on best practices for data entry and maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including data management and reporting. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Proficiency in Excel (data cleaning, formulas, pivot tables)
