📋 Description
• Take inbound phone calls from clients, customers, and patients to obtain patient billing and demographic information • Sort incoming return patient mail and electronically return patient statements with information • Research and thoroughly resolve customer accounts using patient files and eligibility websites • Fully document customer contacts to ensure follow-through and issue resolution • Update multiple systems with patient information • Perform account adjustments and recommend necessary changes to the supervisor • Complete weekly and monthly reports according to schedule • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support organizational goals
🎯 Requirements
• English written/verbal • Intermediate communication skills • 1 year of collections experience • 1 year of call center experience • 1 year of medical billing experience • 3–5 years of customer service experience • Ability to meet monthly performance/audit goals
