📋 Description

• Own and manage end-to-end functional design for consumption-based billing solutions leveraging Metronome integrated with Salesforce CRM and downstream systems • Translate product, pricing, and monetization strategies into detailed functional architectures for billing and entitlement systems • Design scalable models for usage-based pricing, metering, rating, and billing workflows • Define entitlement frameworks supporting named-user and concurrent-user licensing models within Trimble’s Entitlement Management System (EMS) • Partner with Product, Finance, and GTM teams to onboard new products into consumption-based billing models • Define product catalog structures, pricing configurations, usage metrics, and billing rules • Lead the transition from legacy entitlement systems to Trimble’s EMS platform • Convert epics and business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria • Act as the primary functional interface between Product, Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with exposure to billing, entitlement, or monetization platforms • Strong experience with Metronome or similar consumption-based billing systems • Proven experience working with entitlement management systems and licensing models (named-user, concurrent-user) • Demonstrated experience in migrating from legacy systems to modern platforms • Proven experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence • A comprehensive understanding of REST APIs and proficiency with Postman tools is considered a significant advantage for this role • Strong understanding of usage-based pricing, billing processes, and entitlement frameworks
