📋 Description

• Orchestrate High-Impact US Pilots: Take ownership of the end-to-end execution of US pilot projects • Bridge the Innovation Gap: Provide manual excellence and creative workarounds necessary for successful outcomes • Drive Organizational Enablement: Define the Ideal Customer Profile and create playbooks for adoption of new products • Provide Actionable Product Feedback: Gather insights from US projects to sharpen product roadmap • Leverage Modern Tech-Forward Workflows: Utilize Notion, Slack, and AI tools for streamlined workflows • Act as SME for Complex Success: Provide technical and functional guidance to internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Solid background in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Procurement • Proven track record of seeing complex operational projects through to the finish line • Proactive "doer" comfortable "getting into the data" • Talent for influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Consulting • High-touch interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement • Thriving in a structured, asynchronous writing culture (Notion/Slack) • Eager to use modern tools and AI-enhanced workflows to simplify complex tasks and drive operational efficiency
