📋 Description

• Work as an integral part of one or more project teams • Support development of robust strategic solutions for clients across qualitative and quantitative primary market research projects • Draft research materials, including discussion guides, screening criteria, surveys, and stimuli • Manage and work closely with programming and fielding partners • Launch surveys and field interviews with internal stakeholders and external partners • Analyze and interpret quantitative and qualitative primary market research data • Develop highly visual and compelling PowerPoint presentations of the research story and implications • Translate research findings into actionable “so-whats” for clients • Aid in proposal development as needed • Mentor Associate Consultants and new Consultant hires

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in market research, engineering, pharmacy, medicine, health sciences disciplines, or related fields at a top tier university • 3-5 years of experience in primary market research, consulting, or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry • Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies strongly preferred • Initiative in previous academic and work experience • Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills • Strong problem solving and logical thinking skills • Ability to interpret and run statistical analysis preferred • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with secondary datasets • Excellent communication in English, written and verbal, and interpersonal relations skills • Ability to manage time and work on multiple projects concurrently • Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to manage work independently with guidance from team leaders in the US
