📋 Description

• Process cargo claims • Provide solutions throughout the claims process • Serve as the in-house claims expert for Trinity’s customers and carriers • Investigate claims and get to the bottom of issues • Operate independently on assigned claims • Collaborate with a reliable team to develop solutions • Protect Trinity’s assets and best interests • Represent Trinity’s service-driven culture with poise and patience

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in-house claims processing experience • Two years claims and operational logistics experience highly preferred • Ability to multitask • Detail-oriented • Interpersonal relationship-building skills • Top-notch customer service skills • Excellent time management skills • Problem-solving ability • Inquisitive approach • Positive and friendly attitude • Demonstrated ability to gain cooperation across various departments and team members • Strong attention to detail • Strong communication skills and professional phone and email demeanor • Proven planning and organizational abilities • Goal-oriented and willing to seek knowledge and improve skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint • Commitment to living the Trinity Guiding Values
