📋 Description

• Initiate and manage the compliance onboarding process for new healthcare contractors • Review, verify, and maintain credentialing documentation, including background checks, drug screenings, immunization records, TB testing, and physicals • Collaborate with staffing agencies and internal stakeholders to communicate and fulfill compliance requirements • Conduct daily follow-ups to meet critical deadlines and escalate delays or issues to leadership • Monitor, track, and report upcoming or missed credential expirations during assignments • Obtain updated records as necessary • Support compliance metrics aligned with Joint Commission standards and Trio WFS benchmarks • Maintain accurate records in Trio WFS' proprietary Vendor Management System (VMS), Trio

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations • Experience working in high-volume administrative or compliance environments • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems including VMS and credentialing platforms • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with State Backgrounds and Fingerprinting • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team setting • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
