📋 Description

• Lead, monitor, and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process • Interpret and ensure compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies • Maintain production and quality standards • Verify submitted credentials are current and complete, including licenses and applicable certifications • Maintain accurate records of files in Trio VMS • Communicate applicable updates and notices to agencies • Monitor credential and COI expiration dates • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of company and employee information • Limit information access to job-related, need-to-know purposes • Notify senior managers of problem-causing vendor trends and items needing attention • Use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • 1–2 years of experience in credentialing, onboarding, compliance, or staffing operations • Experience working in high-volume administrative or compliance environments • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems including VMS and credentialing platforms • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: Experience working with MSP clients and VMS technology • Preferred: Experience credentialing locums providers with healthcare facilities, communicating with CVO, MSO, and Provider Enrollment teams • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
