📋 Description

• Determine raw material and packaging quantities needed for upcoming production runs based on stock on hand, stock on order, and demand forecasts • Execute production runs and ensure timely availability of finished products • Track inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records • Create, issue, and manage Purchase Orders for raw materials and packaging • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and co-packers to ensure material availability, timely delivery, and efficient production flow • Create, issue, and manage Blanket Purchase Orders based on sales forecasts and 6- to 12-month production planning • Monitor BPO utilization and maintain current commitments • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure sufficient inventory, continuous material availability, and prevention of stock-outs • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for production processes • Streamline processes and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs • Track invoices and ensure timely financial processing for production activities • Support compliance projects and adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies • Perform additional tasks as required by management • Report to the Production Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industry • Experience creating, issuing, and managing Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials and packaging components • Experience managing supplier relationships and coordinating material deliveries to support production schedules • Experience creating, maintaining, and tracking Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience with inventory or ERP tools is a plus • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy in purchasing, inventory management, and financial tracking • Experience tracking invoices and supporting timely financial processing • Ability to create, maintain, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Basic understanding of compliance and regulatory processes in production or manufacturing • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision • Must be willing to work from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time • Must be amenable to using a time-tracking tool during work hours
