• Lead M&A transactions as primary deal counsel • Design and implement AI-assisted due diligence workflows • Build corporate governance infrastructure • Support CLO in advising CEO and VP Finance • Own multi-entity global compliance across TRM's corporate structure
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of corporate legal experience • Active US bar admission • JD from an ABA-accredited law school • In-house experience at a high-growth technology company • Proven AI fluency • Strong drafting and negotiation skills
