📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end carrier migration efforts • Serve as the primary point of contact for purchased locations • Partner with Carrier Operations, Carrier Contracts, and Treasury • Support and guide Project Administrators • Coordinate with leadership to ensure priorities are clear • Identify, track, and resolve risks and issues • Maintain accurate documentation and provide status updates • Drive continuous improvement by identifying workflow efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in carrier migration, operations, or a related field is required • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight • Demonstrated ability to support or guide team members through informal leadership • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with tools used for tracking, reporting, and communication, including Excel and ticketing systems
