📋 Description

• Select comparable properties to the subject, analyze market data, and value residential properties using various valuation techniques and methodologies • Provide detailed, high-quality valuation products for clients • Manage daily activities to establish a reasonable capacity for assignments efficiently • Maintain high levels of customer service when communicating with the operating team and points of contact • Participate in mentorship and training with Senior Appraisers • Occasionally work with Trainees • Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirements • Recommend improvements to business operations and data collection methods • Advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as needed • Complete field appraisals at construction and remote sites in varying weather conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Certified residential appraiser • Understanding of valuation techniques • Ability to complete valuations for most types of properties and complexities • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • High proficiency in using technology, including software, apps, and databases • Ability to work independently and rely on own judgment • Ability to perform residential valuations at a proficient level consistently relied upon by clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry • Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing frequently • Must be able to sit regularly and repeatedly use hands and fingers to operate equipment, including laptops, tablets, and measuring devices • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Must be able to reach, stand, and walk, sometimes long distances, over uneven or icy terrain • Must be comfortable working outdoors at construction and remote sites in all seasons and weather, including inclement conditions
