📋 Description

• Complete residential property valuations for most property types and complexities • Select comparable properties and analyze market data • Apply various valuation techniques and methodologies • Produce high-quality appraisal reports • Manage daily activities and assignment capacity efficiently • Provide high levels of customer service when communicating with the operating team and points of contact • Participate in mentorship and training from Senior Appraisers • Occasionally work with Trainees • Maintain continuing education and credentialization requirements • Recommend improvements to business operations and data collection methods • Advise management and engineering executives on product decisions, process flows, and compensation plans as needed • Conduct fieldwork at construction and remote sites in all seasons and weather

🎯 Requirements

• Certified residential appraiser • Understanding of valuation techniques • Ability to complete valuations for most types of properties and complexities • Proficiency selecting comparable properties, analyzing market data, and valuing residential properties using various valuation techniques and methodologies • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills • High proficiency using technology, including software, apps, and databases • Ability to work independently and rely on own judgment • Ability to perform residential valuations at a proficient level consistently relied upon by clients • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage time effectively • Self-motivated and ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry • Valid driver's license for conducting fieldwork • Must be able to frequently communicate verbally and in writing, sit regularly, and repeatedly use hands and fingers to operate equipment • Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, reach, stand, and walk over uneven or icy terrain • Comfort with extended outdoor work at construction and remote sites in all seasons and weather, including inclement conditions
