📋 Description

• Own product areas related to the card and family banking partner ecosystem • Shape near-term execution and long-term product strategy • Work directly with bank partners and sophisticated external clients to understand needs and develop scalable products and systems • Build full-stack fintech products spanning customer experience, operational workflows, APIs, payment rails, and partner infrastructure • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, compliance, customer support, and go-to-market teams • Use AI, prototyping, data, customer conversations, and direct product exploration to accelerate learning • Navigate competing priorities, evolving constraints, and operational complexity • Lead through influence, judgment, and execution • Refine edge cases, write clear specifications, improve operational processes, and unblock teams

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management • Deep fintech experience • Experience owning client-facing products end-to-end • Experience with bank and card partnership-based capabilities • Ability to work as an individual contributor • Ability to work across strategy and implementation details • Strong understanding of financial products and how they work in the real world • Ability to work with external partners and internal stakeholders • Technical curiosity and architectural literacy • Evidence-driven, hypothesis-first product approach • Experience using AI, prototyping, data, customer conversations, and direct product exploration • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Experience in operations, strategy, management consulting, or other highly analytical and cross-functional environments may be beneficial
