📋 Description

• Design and execute digital-first creative for promotional campaigns, product launches, and ongoing retail marketing initiatives • Develop compelling assets across email, web, paid media, social media, digital advertising, and CRM • Support omni-channel campaigns that maintain brand consistency while driving customer engagement and revenue • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail • Ensure creative assets meet brand standards, production specifications, and quality expectations • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows, efficiencies, and design systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing within the retail industry • Proven experience designing high-volume promotional and campaign creative in a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices across email, web, social media, paid media, and e-commerce • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Highly output-driven with a demonstrated history of delivering quality work at scale • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, and Figma • Experience working within established brand systems while adapting creative to multiple campaigns and audiences
