📋 Description

• Define and evolve the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements • Lead architectural planning and decision-making across Agile release trains and solution trains in accordance with SAFe principles • Identify and prioritize technical debt and lead remediation strategies with engineering and product teams • Oversee migration of systems and applications from on-premises environments to Azure Cloud • Promote cloud-native design patterns using Azure PaaS/IaaS services and DevOps automation • Design secure, scalable enterprise integration patterns for data exchange across systems and external data partners • Design data platforms for large-scale healthcare analytics using Apache Spark, Databricks, and Snowflake • Guide integration of machine learning and AI models into enterprise workflows • Participate in PI planning, system demos, and backlog grooming within Agile teams • Support Agile Release Trains with architectural guidance and guardrails • Define architecture standards, reference architectures, and best practices • Ensure system design and data handling comply with HIPAA, SOC, HITECH, HITRUST, and other healthcare regulations • Partner with product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders on solution intent and system architecture • Mentor and support technical teams • Travel an estimated 25–30%

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture roles • 5+ years of experience with Azure Cloud and cloud-native development • 2+ years working within or supporting SAFe environments • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies • Deep expertise in Java, Spark, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architecture • Experience integrating and operationalizing AI/ML in enterprise systems • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Experience with healthcare data concepts preferred but not required • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field required • Master’s degree in business administration, health informatics, or related field preferred • Estimated travel of 25–30% • Must meet employment authorization verification requirements through E-Verify
