📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Support client engagement and long-term referral partner retention through marketing solutions • Originate mortgage loans using automated loan origination systems and product guidelines • Serve homebuyers and area realtors through local-market mortgage lending • Contribute to business expansion into additional licensed states and territories • Work remotely or from branch locations throughout the region

🎯 Requirements

• An active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems
