📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Originate mortgage loans and support clients through the lending process • Engage clients and referral partners using customized marketing solutions • Work with local underwriting, processing, and community-based branch teams • Expand mortgage lending business into additional licensed markets • Communicate directly with company leadership regarding structure, culture, and lender advantages

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems
