📋 Description

• Originate and develop mortgage loan business in Tennessee • Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Engage clients and retain long-term referral partners using customized marketing solutions • Navigate underwriting and closing processes from application to funding • Use mortgage, business, loan origination, pricing, HR, and marketing systems • Expand mortgage lending business into additional licensed states and territories

🎯 Requirements

• Active NMLS license or federal loan originator registration • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, accountants, and other referral partners • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Proficiency with mortgage and business-related software systems
