📋 Description

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine patient needs • Provide individual and group therapy utilizing various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient • Offer crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients • Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns in clinical practices and patient care • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations • Engage in research activities to contribute to the advancement of clinical practices within the organization • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs, including those with PTSD, autism, or disabilities • Provide addiction counseling and support for patients dealing with substance use issues • Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness • Provide comprehensive psychological care through telehealth and outpatient services • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution • Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist • Experience working with children and families is highly desirable • Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology for remote patient care • Knowledge of behavioral health principles and mental health counseling techniques • Proficient in psychological testing and intake assessments • Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred • Strong understanding of social work principles related to mental health care • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
