📋 Description

• Partner with Finance leadership to assess current reporting processes, capabilities, and future-state requirements • Develop a strategic roadmap for enhancing financial reporting, analytics, and visualization capabilities • Evaluate and improve data integrity, governance, and reporting processes within OneStream • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial data structures and reporting needs • Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions • Design, build, and enhance OneStream reports, dashboards, and visualizations • Support implementation of roadmap initiatives and drive adoption of best practices • Provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization opportunities across finance reporting workflows • Transition from strategy and roadmap work into hands-on OneStream development

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience implementing, configuring, or supporting OneStream solutions • Experience working with OneStream in an SAP environment • Deep understanding of financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analytics processes • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations • Ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and develop strategic recommendations • Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and reporting best practices • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: Experience leading finance transformation or reporting modernization initiatives • Preferred: Background in financial systems strategy, roadmap development, or enterprise performance management (EPM) • Preferred: Experience with SAP financial data and integration concepts • Preferred: Ability to balance strategic consulting responsibilities with hands-on development work
