📋 Description

• Help ensure suppliers, material procurements, and subcontracting activities comply with U.S. Government regulations, company policies, and customer contract requirements • Interpret and apply FAR, DFARS, export controls, trade compliance, sanctions, and cybersecurity-related flow-down requirements • Support development and maintenance of supply chain compliance policies, procedures, and work instructions • Review customer contracts and identify supply chain-related clauses and obligations • Ensure contract terms and regulatory requirements are flowed down to suppliers and subcontractors • Maintain compliance documentation, certifications, and records for audits • Participate in internal and external audits related to supply chain and procurement • Conduct internal reviews and spot-checks of purchase orders, subcontracts, and supplier files • Support investigations of potential non-compliance events and corrective and preventive actions • Assist with training supply chain and program teams • Provide compliance guidance to buyers, subcontract administrators, and program personnel • Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, tools, and metrics and support implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (preferred qualification) • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, contracts, compliance, or a related function for a defense contractor or highly regulated industry • Working knowledge of U.S. Government contracting, including FAR/DFARS • Direct experience with FAR/DFARS clauses related to supply chain and subcontracting • Experience with supplier risk and due diligence processes • Experience supporting audits, internal controls testing, or internal investigations • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret regulations and contractual language • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with relative autonomy • Ability to manage workload according to priorities • Ability to set and achieve goals individually and as part of a team • U.S. Citizenship Required: Yes • DoD Security Clearance Required: No • Travel: Yes; 5% or less • Relocation Assistance Available: No • Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract: No • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check, security investigation, and drug screening
