📋 Description

• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting suitable health-related products, services, and solutions • Provide full-lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound contacts and outbound follow-up calls • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening • Select and provide the best solution efficiently • Identify additional customer needs and assist with product or service upgrades • Complete health-plan sales or renewals suited to customer needs • Contribute to customer-experience and team success • Report to a Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence • High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload • Minimum six months of sales experience • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines for maintaining patient privacy • Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, compassion, and listening skills • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong computer navigation skills and experience • Ability to work 100% remotely • Spanish-English bilingual ability
