📋 Description

• Develop, test, and deliver the NICE CXone IEX solution • Implement NICE CXone IEX software • Design and develop products and features across all technology tiers • Perform unit testing and code reviews • Resolve defects encountered during the QA cycle • Support the production environment • Assist other developers in a team environment using agile or waterfall development processes • Act as an external and internal thought leader in CX transformation, process automation, digital transformation, and omnichannel technologies • Influence opportunity strategy and client leadership on technology, business relationships, and engagement strategy • Work on issues affecting design and selling success, future concepts, and product offerings • Attend required meetings and training • Work with system analysts and project management to successfully complete projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred • Design, configuration, and deployment experience with NICE CXone IEX required • 5 or more years' experience in NICE CXone and UC environments • Existing knowledge and/or industry certifications for NICE CXone and process automation technologies • Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs • Experience creating and presenting to executive-level technical and non-technical stakeholders • Excellent customer-facing presentation skills, including developing solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
