📋 Description

• Provide overall vision, strategy, and leadership for the business group • Set group goals and objectives for orders, sales, growth, operating performance, and budget • Develop business plans and ROI analyses supporting strategy and growth • Lead market, product, and technology strategy development aligned with the corporate strategic plan • Collaborate with customers, sales, marketing, and engineering resources • Understand customer product and program development needs and disseminate information internally • Lead Program Managers in developing and implementing business plans, schedules, and budgets • Participate in company planning sessions and develop short- and long-term strategies, technology roadmaps, and product roadmaps • Monitor staff and plans, recommending and implementing corrective actions • Define program tasks and milestones and monitor budgets, plans, and schedules • Plan and allocate human and equipment resources • Respond to customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction and product quality • Ensure direct reports and managed functions support quality and customer satisfaction • Promote continuous product improvement • Maintain communication and cooperation across company functions and business groups • Support company policies and procedures, including safety, ISO 9000, and ethical business practices • Perform other related duties assigned by the manager

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or related field • 10+ years of leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense • Manufacturing experience preferred • Experience with successful implementation of organizational change • Experience within the A&D electronics industry preferred • Excellent communication and management skills • Program execution experience, preferably in the defense sector, including EACs and EVMS as applicable • Highly organized and effective leadership, communication, and decision-making skills • Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with all organizational levels, including customers • Ability to work collaboratively within a matrixed organization • Ability to implement recommendations and see projects through completion • Process improvement skills • Talent development skills • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems • Working knowledge of industry standards, certifications, and requirements • Strong business acumen • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws • Must be able to identify ITAR products and understand access restrictions to US Citizens and US Permanent Residents • Must understand and follow export authorization procedures and manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
