• Qualify inbound leads across TTRO's Learning Solutions, Learning Products and CapabilityX offerings. • Route leads, queries, and opportunities to the appropriate internal teams or specialists. • Support Client Leads and Key Partner Managers with pipeline organisation and follow-ups. • Log all lead activity, notes, and progress accurately using CRM systems. • Manage the onboarding process for all new clients, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment. • Prepare onboarding documentation, access details, contracts, and product information. • Coordinate with Learning Solutions, CapabilityX, Client Success, and Operations teams to ensure timely account activation. • Serve as the first point of contact during onboarding to deliver a smooth client experience. • Prepare accurate and timely quotes and proposals. • Maintain pricing, product catalogues, and solution information across offerings. • Support contract renewals, updates, and document control. • Respond to client and internal stakeholder enquiries professionally and promptly. • Troubleshoot onboarding or activation issues or escalate where necessary. • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction across the entire pre- and post-sale journey.
• Strong communication and client-service orientation • Excellent organisational and coordination skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Collaborative, solution-focused approach • Confidence working across multiple business units (Learning Solutions, Products, CapabilityX, Finance, Operations) • Comfortable with digital systems and sales enablement tools • Technical Skills • CRM systems • Quoting and sales administration tools • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Data capturing and reporting • Familiarity with learning design, or digital learning environments (advantageous)
