📋 Description

• Write hooks, on-screen headers, and full scripts for direct-response video ads • Create additional versions of successful ad concepts based on performance data • Collaborate with strategists, editors, and account leads • Convert briefs, client notes, and feedback into effective copy • Review script performance and apply feedback to improve future work • Manage multiple briefs, clients, and deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally including direct-response, performance marketing, or e-commerce work • Portfolio or writing samples showing range, including punchy hooks and longer-form marketing copy • Comfort writing to a brief, incorporating feedback quickly, and adjusting tone for different brands and audiences • Based in the United States • Able to work U.S. business hours with the team • Experience writing specifically for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad formats • Familiarity with direct-response frameworks such as PAS and AIDA or performance-marketing terminology such as CPA, ROAS, and hook rate • Background in e-commerce, DTC, or subscription-based brands
