📋 Description

• Serve as a lead functional resource for the school’s Slate CRM environment and related communications workflows • Independently manage complex user support and troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues • Execute campaigns and fulfill reporting requests • Own CRM projects and process improvement efforts from requirements gathering through testing, implementation, launch, and post-launch support • Translate business needs into CRM configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user practices • Recommend, implement, document, and maintain approved CRM process, standards, workflow, and operating improvements • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to users and less experienced team members • Evaluate data flows, identify discrepancies across systems, and implement solutions that improve data integrity and reporting • Support enrollment and school communications objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Four years of progressive professional experience in data analysis, CRM administration, system configuration, reporting, technical administration, customer support, communications operations, or related work in an enrollment-focused, higher education, or similarly complex environment • Experience with CRM systems, enrollment technologies, data management, reporting tools, and/or email communications platforms • Experience serving as a functional or technical subject-matter resource • Experience translating business needs into CRM configurations, queries, reports, dashboards, workflow changes, or operational solutions • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex CRM, data, system, and workflow issues • Ability to manage projects with limited oversight, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, testing, implementation, issue resolution, and post-launch support • Ability to evaluate data flows and improve data integrity, consistency, and downstream reporting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Preferred: experience with Slate Deliver campaigns, audience segmentation, SQL, query-building tools, APIs, file-based integrations, HTML/CSS, multi-step communication journeys, reports, dashboards, and CRM-related data flows
