📋 Description

• Administer the identity platform, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access reviews • Manage macOS, Windows, and Linux devices via MDM, including imaging, configuration, patching, and compliance • Build automation for employee onboarding, offboarding, and access management • Administer core SaaS applications and build API- and script-based integrations • Partner with the security team on corporate security controls, endpoint hardening, and least-privilege access • Design self-service internal tooling and workflows • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and endpoint issues • Improve monitoring and observability across corporate systems • Document systems and mentor other IT team members • Own key corporate systems and automate meaningful portions of the employee lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role • Strong hands-on experience with identity providers, including Okta, Entra ID, and Google Workspace • Experience with MDM tooling • Experience administering and integrating SaaS applications at scale • Solid scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar • Experience implementing corporate security controls • Strong troubleshooting skills • Relevant certifications are a bonus
