📋 Description

• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring projects meet quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time • Manage individual construction-process tasks, including submittals and RFIs • Assist with proposals, project governance, processes, and systems • Share and retain project information and data • Build relationships with clients and team members • Interface with executives, project teams, consultants, and vendors • Coordinate meetings, maintain issues/actions logs, transcribe minutes, and drive action items to closure • Develop project plans and follow up on completion status and open items • Contribute to monthly program reporting and prepare project reports and executive dashboards • Manage submittal approvals, RFIs, change orders, meetings, punch lists, observation reports, commissioning, and close-out documentation • Assist with procurement of suppliers and resources • Monitor performance management techniques • Monitor and report project costs and spending; maintain cost tracking and EVM systems • Liaise with finance teams to obtain, review, and report financial and cost data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction • Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience • Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic • Effective and collaborative team member • Exposure to project management software systems • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google tools • Strong communication skills • On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs • Adherence to applicable SOX control responsibilities
