📋 Description

• Support the move management team planning and managing Move/Add/Change (MAC) projects • Manage floor decommissioning, inventory, and reallocation of equipment, furniture, and resources for five corporate office buildings in New York City • Schedule work from an onsite central location in NYC • Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and risk • Manage MAC work order requests and larger-scale MAC projects involving multiple trades or minor construction • Collaborate with client end-users and project requestors • Define scopes of work and gather additional project details • Source and oversee vendors, including RFPs, quotes, purchase orders, invoice review, ordering, scheduling, installation, and closeout • Partner with Occupancy Managers on data collection and floor plan accuracy • Read and apply agreements, contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings • Define project requirements directly with clients • Prepare scopes of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Identify project delivery resources and conduct simple requests for proposals • Complete bid analysis with management support • Lead project delivery resources and provide project guidance and mentorship • Implement communication plans, meetings, written reports, and meeting minutes • Maintain project documentation governance, data integrity, and documentation accuracy • Track project progress against objectives, budgets, and timelines; report status and variances • Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule • Assess and manage change requests, obtain client approvals, and issue change orders • Identify project risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and implement risk-reduction actions

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience • Instead of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • Experience with Move Management, FF&E, or Occupancy Planning is strongly preferred • Experience with desktop technology and network end point connectivity troubleshooting is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) • MS Project knowledge is beneficial • Excel experience required • Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality • Must be available weekends and after hours • Able to travel between client office facilities within New York City
