• Develop and maintain detailed project budgets covering labor, materials, equipment, and services • Perform cost analysis and forecasting to keep projects within budget • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies • Prepare and present cost reports and progress updates to project managers and stakeholders • Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and contract management on cost control and planning • Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements in project design and execution • Engage and manage third-party quantity surveyors and validate construction cost estimates • Maintain historical cost data for future projects • Define and track cost performance metrics • Lead monthly cost reporting and analysis • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in cost engineering, focused on data center construction • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in cost estimation software • Understanding of financial forecasting and cost accounting principles • Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills • Good organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize • Ability to work as a team player • Must be physically based in the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
