• Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs. • Oversee integrated program controls, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting. • Direct the program’s risk management framework, including identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting. • Serve as the primary PMO representative to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners. • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.
• 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs. • Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery. • Strong expertise in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences. • Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent.
