📋 Description

• Establish and lead the PMO framework, governance model, and operating structure for major aviation and infrastructure programs • Oversee integrated program controls, including cost management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting • Direct the program’s risk management framework, including identification, quantification, mitigation, and reporting • Serve as the primary PMO representative to client executives, governance boards, and delivery partners • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary PMO team across controls, reporting, governance, and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or program controls for major capital programs • Proven experience in aviation, transportation, or large infrastructure delivery • Strong expertise in governance, program controls, reporting, and risk/change management • Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
